Phil has held a variety of product management, marketing and development roles for a number of high technology companies for over 25 years including smaller start-up product innovation companies and large multinational organizations. Key areas of expertise include hardware and software development and marketing for test and measurement products, network performance management and resource management systems. Companies include Microelectronics Application Centre (Ireland), Tellabs, Acterna, ACD Metrica, Xenacom, Andrew Corp., and Amdocs.
